Ben Dusak Started composing when he was 16 with a Commodore Amiga 1200. Belonged to the demo group Polygon, pioneers in the Spanish electronic scene in the 90ts in creating an innovative live audio visual act that consisted in using two Commodore’s and a PC along with there own software. Polygon performed at festivals such as: Live dance Festival 96, Tribal Nation, Fimes 96 and 97.

Putting aside his music career for a few years he opened The Squirrel Club in Estepona (Malaga) becoming the home of Raveface’s headquarters of retransmission, (the first Spanish electronic music radio station on the net). In 2001 Ben created Dance kulture, promoting unforgettable events on the Costa del Sol. After a few years he worked as a booker for Satisfaxion (precursor of the dance scene in the south of Spain), combining this work, he performed at festivals such as: RC01, RC02, Evantec in Madrid and Retro Alandalus in Cadiz. He published a track in the third edition of the cd recompilation Break Beat Series and in BudweiserÕs first Clubbing Producers, sharing a track list with names such as Oscar Mulero, Cycle, Peter Paul, HD Substance, Xpansul to name a few. As dj in Ibiza he was support to bands such as Chicks on Speed and The Asian Dub Foundation at Urban Festival, Mambo and Km5. He has performed at festivals such as Klubbers Day (Madrid) and presentación de Elctronic Festival (Gijón) along side artists such as Anthony Rother, Juan Atkins, Codec and Flexor, Laurent Garnier, Richie Hawtin, Hell, James HoldenÉ Currently Dusak is based in Barcelona, producing electro house, tech and minimal electro.

He also spends his time, creating specific tracks for artistic choreographies, sound tracks, jingles and audio montages for theatrical plays and let us not forget, his work as vocalist that he accompanies with acting and modeling. When spinning at some of Europes topclubs such as REX-Paris, TRESOR-Berlin, 333-London, Vega nightclub-Copenhagen, La Paloma-Barcelona or playing main festivals like Sonar-Barcelona, Loveparade-Berlin, Roskilde Festival-DK, Electrosplash-Benicassim, Al lindrum has the ability, whether doing one of his eclectic sessions or working it more minimal, to reach the crowd thru the wonders of beats and breaks. Alongside international artists like Peter Kruder, Trentemøller & T.o.m., Francois K, Jazzanova or dj Krush, to name just a few, he breaks down all musical boundaries only to build it up for the pleasure of your dancing FEET.

He prefers to play on three decks having at least two tunes spinning at the time, and his musical style ranges from chill out sessions at the beach to minimal techfunk sessions all depending on where and when. As well he does full on eclectic sessions where in a 2 hour set he will take you anywhere from the german industry to the sunny beaches of Brazil, maybe a swing-by in the New York hip hop underground and then ending up in funky town.There are no limits, as long as it's good music. Use your imagination to find out where he will take you playing a 5 hour set.
Al lindrum is also an exellent and very eclectic producer. Ranging from minimal techhouse to downright hiphop. His latest release "Lluvia de verano" a co production with colombian Claudio Alvarez featuring operalike voices over chunky techno beats is out now on Abe Duque rec. And his Beat Nation project which is focusing on hiphop and funkybreaks with MR. Don G italian hiphop mafioso from Napols is out on Spain is different 2 compilation from highly acclaimed madrid label Hitop records. D’FunK has been DJing for over ten years. He started playing House and Garage in bars and clubs on the south coast of Spain. One summer he began to experiment with different styles, such as Progressive House and Trance. Soon after he organized nights called Juicy. In 2000, he took on the name D’FunK and at the same time moved further along the cost around Marbella area meeting up with the Raveface crew. Online Techno radio -Tv project that included producing and playing live on the Internet. At this point D'Funk was concentrating in Deep House and Funky Tech House along with an occasion tuch of the darker side of 2 Step, playing as resident for Raveface.com, ElectroSound and DanceKultur.

In 2001 he started playing at festivals and clubs in places such as Granada, Almeria and Torre Vieja, he also started his own internet radio show on Raveface together with club nights called ‘DeepSensation’. By now his track list went from Deep Electronic Lounge to Electro House, Techno and Breaks. In 2005 he decided to take it all to the next level by dedicating a year to studying Music Production at the Point Blank College in London. Whilst in London he kept on Dj-ing, playing in small trendy bars in and around North London, he was also invited to play at the first Rocket Festival in Andalucia, Spain.

In 2006 he moved to Manchester to study for a 3 year BSC Hons degree in Sound Engineering and Design at the School of Sound Recording, this taking up most of his time, he did manage to fit in an invite back to play at The Rocket Festival plus Deejaying at some Electro House parties in Manchester. 2007 was a good year he started producing Minimal, Tech-House and Breaks and played Ableton Live Sets n FX in and around the UK. That year was tha start of Elektek Recordings, a digital label set up by D’FunK, whilst also landing gigs in and around Marbella.

This year has so far stared of well, he is playing Live sets monthly at Method (a night with artist signed to Elektek, Stealth 1) he is also putting on regular Elektek Live nights with the labels artists and invited guests from around Manchester. D’FunK is at the moment designing the new Elektek Recordings web site that should be ready for the 16th of June along with the next two EP releases. [-] Contraer
